Peanut Butter Jems
Peanut Butter Jems is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 lb. box confectioners sugar and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine margarine and peanut butter in saucepan until melted. Add graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan lightly buttered.
Melt the 1/2 stick of margarine with the chocolate morsels.
Pour over the peanut butter mixture.
Put in the refrigerator until set.
Cut into fudge size pieces.
Cut the squares before chocolate gets too hard to slice.
