Peanut Butter Fudge(Quick)
Peanut Butter Fudge(Quick) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter, 1 lb. oleo (good brand), 2 lb. powdered sugar, 1/3 c. light karo syrup and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt oleo over medium heat.
Add peanut butter and stir until melted.
Add powdered sugar, syrup, nuts and vanilla.
Mix well. Spread into 9 x 13-inch pan.
(Note
Can use crunchy peanut butter and omit walnuts.)
For easy pan removal, line pan with aluminum foil so it sticks up about 1 inch above the sides and grease.
When ready to cut into pieces, pull up on aluminum foil and remove from pan.
Pull aluminum foil away from candy and cut with sharp knife or pizza cutter.
