Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. evaporated milk, 2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. margarine, 1 c. miniature marshmallows and 1 1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large skillet, combine milk, sugar and margarine.
Stir on medium heat.
Do not allow to come to boil until all sugar is dissolved.
Bring to boiling and boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla; stir until marshmallows have melted and mixture is well blended.
Spread in a buttered 8-inch square pan.
Cool; cut into squares.
