Mix sugar and milk together in large, heavy saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches soft ball stage or 236° on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into buttered 9 x 9-inch pan.
Cool and cut.
