Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, 1 1/2 c. carnation evaporated milk, 4 1/2 c. sugar, pinch of salt and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt; boil for 12 minutes or desired soft ball stage, stirring at all times.
Remove from heat. First, quickly mix in marshmallow cream to melt, then quickly add peanut butter and vanilla.
Pour out into 1 large buttered cookie sheet 1-inch deep or one 9 x 12-inch cake pan and an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Makes 50 pieces.
