Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with c. margarine, c. sugar, (5 oz.) can evaporated milk, (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a heavy saucepan, add margarine, sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a rolling boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
With electric mixer, add vanilla, marshmallow cream and peanut butter.
Beat on medium speed until creamy.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
Cool completely and cut into small squares.
