Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. soft margarine or butter, 1/2 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt and 4 to 4 1/2 c. sifted sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine peanut butter, margarine, light corn syrup, vanilla and salt and blend well.
Gradually stir in sifted sugar until creamy consistency is reached.
You may not need quite all of the sugar.
Knead until smooth.
Add chopped nuts.
Pack into buttered 8-inch square pan.
When firm, cut in squares.
Makes about 2 pounds.
