Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. corn syrup, 2/3 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sugar, salt, syrup and milk in pan.
Bring to boil slowly. Cook until small amount forms soft ball when dropped in cup of cold water.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and vanilla; mix, do not beat.
Cool to lukewarm.
Beat just until creamy and loses gloss.
Pour into lightly greased pan.
Cool; cut into squares.
