Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream and 1 large bag butterscotch chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine melted margarine with sugar and milk in a large heavy saucepan.
Cook and stir constantly until boiling rapidly.
Stir at a rapid boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add chips, marshmallow cream and peanut butter.
Beat well with spoon. Spread on large greased sheet and cool before cutting.
