Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. milk, dash of salt and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Peel and boil one small potato until soft enough to mash with a fork.
Then add confectioners sugar to the mashed potatoes, until it can be formed into a ball.
Roll out and spread with peanut butter.
Re-roll and cut.
Chill.
