Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. evaporated milk and 1/3 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar, syrup, salt, milk and 3/4 cup water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Uncover and cook without stirring until a little ball forms in cold water.
Remove from heat.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add peanut butter and vanilla.
Beat until thickened and loses its gloss.
Pour into buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Cool and cut into 2-inch squares.
