Combine sugar, margarine and milk in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil on high, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Cook to a soft ball stage (236Β°), or until a small amount dropped into cool water forms a soft ball.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients; beat or stir until mixture begins to thicken.
Pour into buttered 8-inch square dish.
