Peanut Butter Fudge

In saucepan, combine sugar, margarine and milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, to prevent scorching.
Boil for 4 minutes and remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter until melted. Add Marshmallow Crème and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and refrigerate 24 hours.
