Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 c. canned evaporated milk, 2 c. marshmallows, 2 c. crunchy or plain peanut butter and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put the sugar and milk in a heavy pan (it burns easily) over medium heat and keep stirring.
Let come to a rolling boil for 3 minutes.
Put the marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla in a large bowl.
Pour cooked mixture over marshmallows and peanut butter. Stir in really well.
This sets quickly.
Pour into greased pan.
