Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. domino sugar, 2/3 c. whole milk (if using 2%, add 1 tbsp. butter), 1 c. marshmallow cream or 1 1/2 c. small marshmallows, 2/3 c. creamy peanut butter and 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a heavy kettle, bring sugar and milk to a boil after mixing well.
Let boil to soft ball stage (about 5 minutes).
Do not stir.
Remove from heat; add marshmallow and creamy peanut butter.
Can add vanilla (optional).
Mix well and pour into a buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
