Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 large can evaporated milk, 1 stick butter, 1 jar marshmallow cream and 1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter or 12 oz. bag bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, milk and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until soft ball is formed when tested in cold water.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and marshmallow.
Stir until well combined.
Pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut into blocks.
Makes about 5 pounds.
