Place peanut butter and Marshmallow Crème in a bowl.
Cook sugar and milk to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Pour over peanut butter and Marshmallow Crème.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into buttered 9-inch Pyrex.
Cool and cut into squares.
