Combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until melted. Add Marshmallow Crème, vanilla and nuts. Blend well.
Pour into greased pan.
