Mix sugar and milk together in pan.
Let come to full boil, then boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from burner.
Add peanut butter, Marshmallow Crème and vanilla; stir until completely blended, then beat until it starts to thicken.
Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Cool; cut into squares.
