Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. powdered sugar, 1/2 c. whole milk (do not use any reduced fat milk) and 2 tbsp. peanut butter (do not use any reduced fat variety), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a full boil over medium heat.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently and watching to make sure candy does not burn.
Reduce heat if necessary.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
Stir until candy starts to set.
Pour into buttered dish.
Cool in refrigerator until completely set.
Cut into squares.
