Peanut Butter Fudge

Combine first 3 ingredients and bring to boil while stirring; boil 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add jar of marshmallow and 12 ounce jar of peanut butter.
Stir until smooth.
Add nuts.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan and let cool.
