Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 1 stick margarine, 1 (1 lb.) box brown sugar, 3/4 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a saucepan, combine milk, margarine and brown sugar.
Bring to a rolling boil for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Blend well and quickly until smooth with wooden spoon.
This will be thick.
Pat down smoothly into buttered oblong glass dish.
Sets up immediately as it cools. Recipe can be doubled.
