Combine sugar, margarine and milk in saucepan.
Bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
Continue to boil for 5 full minutes over medium heat.
Remove from heat and add Marshmallow Crème, peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until well blended.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
