Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. evaporated milk, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. white karo syrup and 1 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar, milk, salt, syrup and water.
Cook in iron skillet, for best results, until mixture forms soft ball in cold water. Remove from fire and add peanut butter.
Stir until creamy and loses glazed look.
Pour into lightly greased square cake tin. When almost cold, cut in squares of 1 inch.
