Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. confectioners sugar, 1/2 c. oleo, 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk and 1 (18 oz.) jar peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large heavy pan, place sugar, oleo and milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until ingredients melt. Continue cooking to soft ball stage, 235Β° on candy thermometer. Remove from heat.
Quickly stir in marshmallow cream and peanut butter.
Pour into two 8 x 8 x 2-inch pans (buttered).
Cut into squares when cold.
You may add nuts or use crunchy peanut butter.
