Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 lb. light brown sugar, 1/2 c. milk, 3/4 c. smooth or crunchy peanut butter and 1 lb. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In medium saucepan, melt butter; stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil; boil and stir 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Mix in 10x sugar; beat until smooth.
Spread into buttered 9-inch pan.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares.
