Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 cubes (14 oz.) eagle brand chocolate or vanilla-flavored candy coating, 1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk, dash of salt, 1/2 c. peanut butter and 1/2 c. chopped peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt candy coating with sweetened condensed milk and salt.
Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter, then peanuts and vanilla.
Spread evenly into waxed paper-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
Chill 2 hours.
Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares.
Store loosely covered at room temperature.
