Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. butter, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 c. peanut butter and 1 c. marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan.
Bring to a full rolling boil.
Stir continually.
Continue for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Stir continually.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter.
Add Marshmallow Crème and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Pour into greased (butter) 9 x 13 baking dish.
Cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares.
