Peanut Butter Fantasy Fudge
Peanut Butter Fantasy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. cream, 1 c. peanut butter and 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine sugar, margarine and cream in heavy 2 1/2 to 3-quart saucepan; bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234°, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until melted.
Add Marshmallow Crème, nuts and vanilla.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cool at room temperature.
Cut into squares. Makes 3 pounds.
