Peanut Butter Delights
Peanut Butter Delights is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1/2 c. less 1 tbsp. cocoa, 1 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. milk and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix sugar, cocoa, butter, salt and milk in saucepan.
Place over heat and bring mixture to a hard boil.
Let boil one minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oats and vanilla.
Blend well.
Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper or spread evenly in long shallow pan.
Let stand until firm and cool.
