Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut Butter Cups is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 lb. graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed, 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1/2 lb. margarine, 1 c. peanut butter and 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix the finely crushed graham cracker crumbs with the powdered sugar.
Add the peanut butter and melted margarine.
Work with hands until smooth and soft.
(If too crumbly, add a bit more margarine, but not much).
Press into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler.
Pour over mixture in pan.
Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.
Cut into squares.
