Beat cake mix, brown sugar and peanut butter in bowl until crumbly. Reserve 2/3 cup.
Beat remaining mixture, water, oil and eggs.
Pour into pan.

Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
