Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In 3-quart microwave dish, stir Karo syrup, sugar and peanut butter until blended.
Microwave on High 3 to 5 minutes or until entire surface is bubbly.
Add cereal; toss to coat well.
Press into pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
Makes 32 squares.
