In large bowl, mix by hand the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth.
Add Bisquick mix and vanilla.
Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake about 8 minutes.
Pick on up and see if its done on the bottom. Place candy kiss in the middle.
Put back in the oven for 1 minute.
