Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter, 1/2 c. crisco shortening, 1 1/4 c. brown sugar, 3 tbsp. milk and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Add egg.
Beat just until well blended.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
Drop heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until set and just beginning to brown.
Makes 3 dozen.
