Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or crisco, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 egg and 1 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Beat until soft, butter or Crisco.
Add gradually and blend until creamy the 1/2 cup brown sugar and the 1/2 cup sugar; beat in the egg, peanut butter, salt, baking soda and vanilla.
Add the flour.
Roll the dough into small balls. Place them on a greased cookie sheet.
Press flat with a fork. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes 60 cookies.
