Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crisco, 1 c. peanut butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream shortening, peanut butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla.
Sift together all dry ingredients and then add to the creamed mixture. Scoop out by tablespoon and roll into balls.
Place 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Flatten with a fork before baking. Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
