Peanut Butter Cookies

Cream shortening and sugar together.
Add egg, vanilla and peanut butter.
Sift flour, soda and salt together and add to creamed mixture.
Put the dough through a cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet or roll into small balls and press flat with a fork.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
