Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening (part margarine), 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix shortening, peanut butter, sugars and egg thoroughly. Blend all dry ingredients and stir into shortening mixture. Chill dough.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Flatten crisscross style with a fork dipped in flour.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
