Peanut Butter Cookies

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix peanut butter, shortening, sugars, and water.
Stir in baking mix.
Shape dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in flour. Bake until set, 5-7 minutes.
Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
Make about 4 doz. cookies.
