Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.
Press a crisscross on each cookie with fork prongs that have been dipped in water.

Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute, then remove.
