Cream shortening and sugar.
Add beaten eggs and peanut butter.
Mix well.
Sift flour, soda and salt.
Add them and vanilla to the mixture.
Mix well.
Place by small balls (about the size of large walnuts) on cookie sheet.
Flatten 2 ways with fork tines.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
