Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. crisco shortening, 1 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar, 3 tbsp. milk and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 375°.
Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat until well blended. Add egg.
Beat until blended.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet.
Flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake at 375° for 7 to 8 minutes or until beginning to brown.
Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet before taking off sheet.
Makes 3 dozen cookies.
