Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Thoroughly cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Blend into creamed mixture. Shape in 1-inch balls.
Roll in granulated sugar.
Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork tines. Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool slightly and remove from pan.
Makes 4 dozen.
