Peanut Butter-Chocolate Fudge
Peanut Butter-Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. margarine, 2/3 c. (5 1/2 oz. can) evaporated milk, 6 oz. chocolate chips and 7 oz. jar marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine
1 1/2 cups sugar, 1/3 cup milk, 6 tablespoons margarine.
Heat in saucepan and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 4 minutes over medium heat while stirring. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Add 1/2 jar Marshmallow Crème and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
Stir well until blended.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Repeat this process with remaining ingredients, substituting peanut butter for chocolate chips.
Pour and spread on top of chocolate layer.
Cool and cut into pieces, can be frozen.
