Peanut Butter Chocolate Centered Cookies
Peanut Butter Chocolate Centered Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 cup margarine or butter, 1 cup smooth peanut butter, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix first six ingredients together until fluffy.
Separately mix the flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Then add these to the first six ingredients.
Mix well.
Roll into 1 inch balls and roll each ball in sugar.
Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 10 - 11 minutes, remove quickly from oven.
Place one chocolate candy kiss into the center of each cookie pointed side down.
Bake for exactly one minute longer.
Remove from oven and immediately spread chocolate over each cookie.
You may want to leave the cookie as is or you may place a butterscotch chip in each one.
Freezes well.
Makes 6 - 7 dozen cookies.
