Peanut Butter Cake
Peanut Butter Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 3 to 4 tbsp. peanut butter, pinch of salt, 1 tsp. margarine and 1/4 c. can milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix and bake cake as directed in sheet cake pan.
In medium saucepan, mix sugar, margarine, salt and milk.
Bring to a boil on medium-high heat.
Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter.
After peanut butter is melted, add vanilla.
Mixture will harden quickly.
Pour on cake and cool.
