Peanut Butter Cake
Peanut Butter Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter, softened, 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter, 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 3 eggs and 2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream butter and peanut butter.
Gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat well after each egg.
Combine flour, powder and salt.
Add to above, alternating with milk.
Begin and end with flour.
Mix after each addition.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool and frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
