Combine all ingredients except candy.
Mix on low speed until dough forms.
Shape into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on ungreased sheet and bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes. Top each cookie immediately with candy kiss.
Cookies will puff up and then will flatten around the kiss.
