Peanut Butter Bars
Peanut Butter Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. peanut butter and 1/2 c. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
Heat peanut butter and butter until melted.
Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla until blended.
Add flour mixture and stir until combined. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
Makes 3 dozen 1 1/2 x 2-inch bars.
